Jeremy has been developing video games for over 15 years. Scholastic, Garage Games, and Reflexive Entertainment have published his work.His independent title, Aerial Antics (2003), was nominated for Sim Game of the Year by Game Tunnel, listed as a top 5 physics game download by Computer Gaming World, and was featured on the G4 Network TV show Cinematech. With the advent of the iPhone Jeremy jumped into the mobile scene producing several titles through independent studio Midnight Status. Crash for Cash became a breakout hit among those titles and has been played nearly 5 million times taking the #1 overall slot on the App Store in 5 countries as well as grabbing a #1 slot in the racing category of the US App Store. Afterward Jeremy took his App Store experience and rolled it into the book iPhone 3D Game Programming All in One published by Cengage Learning. In addition to his writing and entertainment games Jeremy has developed serious games for the Marine Corps and The Department of Transportation. While Jeremy loves a good bit of fun, he believes that games have the power to be a medium of great depth and understanding. It is for this reason that Jeremy founded News Gameplay. With this new venture Jeremy hopes to combine the best of his traditional gaming experience with the precision and educational value of his serious games experience thus forming a powerful new communication medium capable of solving problems and uniting people.
